Please sign it!The European Commission is about to lift the prohibition against mixing red and white wines to make a pink-colored wine, without considering the views of those who might be affected by such action.
This proposed regulation is being put forth without regard to the expertise gained by the winegrowers who have produced rosé wines for the last thirty years, without regard to the protection of the regions that produce these wines, and without regard to the effect on the consumer who appreciates real rosé wine.
By signing this petition, I agree to support rosé wine whose quality resion, and I oppose the notion that rosé can be made by mixing wines.
